Jaguar X-400 (X-Type) Manufacturing Program
EPC Project Director for the design, manufacturing and commissioning of the complete TRIM & FINAL ASSEMBLY building at Jaguar Cars' Halewood plant, comprizing automated conveying and handling systems. Managed a >40 M€ CAPEX program covering final assembly just-in-time and logistics. Drove Phase 2 EBITA from 15% to 45% through rigorous claims and change-order management. Deployed LEAN methodologies (5S, Kaizen, 8D, SMED) and dependability standards (RAMS, FMEA, predictive maintenance) across the production line. Delivered as 1st tier supplier to Ford Motor Company.
RTE RINGO — Bellac Experimental BESS
EPC Consortium (TotalEnergies-Saft & Schneider Electric France) Director for RTE's first-of-a-kind grid-scale battery storage experiment. The RINGO project uses coordinated Li-ion battery systems at three strategic locations across France to relieve transmission congestion, acting as a virtual power line. The Bellac site, delivered by this Consortium, comprises 12 Intensium® Max containers, six inverters, three MV/LV transformers and a 90 kV HV station. Battery assembly and testing performed at Saft's Bordeaux factory. CRE-approved budget: €80M across all three sites. Project EBITA was significantly increased subsequent to OMCOI's strategy. Commissioned June 2023.
LEG1 — Transmediterranean HVDC Interconnector
Operations Director and Board Member for GreenPower2020 S.A., developer of this 2 GW subsea HVDC interconnector linking Europe and North Africa via a 305 km submarine corridor reaching 2,700 m depth. Defined the business model, financial strategy and business plan. Led engineering and sourcing/purchasing processes (€1.2B). Obtained project inclusion (n°284) in ENTSO-E's TYNDP 2018 & 2020. Interlocutor for the European Commission, financial institutions, embassies, ministries, TSOs and energy regulators across Greece, Libya and Egypt. Included a solar energy production and storage unit.
BESS — PMO & EPC Projects Portfolio
Project Management Officer (PMO) for a major BESS manufacturer. Technical & contractual reviews during pre-sales phase (CAPEX & OPEX, RACI, planning, performance and availability guarantees, client meetings). Oversight of all projects in delivery phase — currently 7 active EPC projects with an aggregate turn-over of approximately 200 M€.
Corporate Transformation — Product to EPC Delivery
Transformation Lead — driving the strategic shift from a Product Only Delivery (POD) model to a full EPC Project Delivery mode. Structuring the ESS entity across all dimensions: operations, project execution processes, HSE, planning, supply chain, and recruitment. Deploying O&M service capabilities from the ground up — defining service offerings, SLA frameworks, and field operation standards. Building a network of strategic service providers and subcontractors to support turnkey delivery. Establishing project governance, RACI matrices, risk management frameworks, and KPI dashboards to enable scalable, repeatable EPC execution.
HV Underground Cables — RTE Market Access
Business Development Lead for a major European cable manufacturer targeting the French High Voltage (HTB) underground cable market. Successfully obtained RTE supplier qualification, unlocking access to upcoming framework contracts. Positioned the manufacturer to compete for and win significant market share, with an estimated turnover potential in multiples of 10 M€. Coordinated technical qualification dossier, factory audits, and stakeholder engagement with RTE engineering and procurement teams.
